A purchase order is a document signed by the buyer which has legal value and takes the place of a contract.

How can I be sure of the authenticity of a purchase order when technology allows us to forge a document without detecting that it has been modified?

CertiDox solves this problem:

  • A QR CODE is affixed to each certified purchase order,
  • The imprint of the purchase order is recorded in the CertiDox database.

As we explained in case study #1 “Press Releases”, unlike a website, there is no possible doubt about the origin of the CertiDox App:

  2. Before its publication on App Store, Google Play and Amazon, we had to provide Apple, Google and Amazon with legal information about our company and us,

The way CertiDox authenticates a purchase order in a few seconds

The reader flashes the QR CODE displayed on the purchase order with the CertiDox App that he has installed on his Smartphone / Tablet.
The CertiDox App indicates whether the QR CODE is in its database.
If so, the reader can access the content of the original document on his Smartphone / Tablet.
IMPORTANT: the document is not accessible on the web.


By scanning the QR CODE, the CertiDox App indicates whether the QR CODE is present in its database.

If so, the CertiDox App,

  • Indicates the name of the person who registered the purchase order,
  • Allows you to consult the content of the original document on your Smartphone / Tablet.

Otherwise, the CertiDox App indicates that it is a fake.

Note that the purchase orders recorded in the CertiDox database are not accessible on the web to guarantee a total confidentiality: only the scanning of the QR CODE using a smartphone or a tablet allows access to their content.
